Snickers Pie has been my all time favorite dessert recently. I made it for Thanksgiving for Kc because it was his favorite dessert and I wasn’t even planning on eating any because I’m not a huge cream cheese or cool whip person, so I figured this wouldn’t be up my alley … I was wrong. If you love sweet desserts, then this is for you! It’s the perfect combo of crunch, chocolate and fluff! Give it a try 🙂

Snickers Pie:

  • 8 oz light cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz fat free cool whip
  • 6 snickers bar | chopped
  • 1 graham cracker pie crust

  • combine cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar in a bowl
  • mix together and combine in cool whip  and the snickers – mix
  • pour mixture into graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 4 hours

Caramel Chex is always a crowd pleaser. It’s quick, easy and yummayyyy. There’s so many different things you can do with it! I just added pretzels and Christmas mini M&M’s this year, but you can do any nuts, dried fruit, chocolate chips, etc. Caramel is a perfect Christmas flavor!

Sweet & Salty Caramel Chex:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 (14) oz box of Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup pretzels
  • 1 cup M&M’s

  • on the stovetop, bring butter, brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil
  • remove from heat and add baking soda and vanilla
  • in a large bowl or sack, add cereal and coat with mixture from the stove top
  • shake / stir caramel so it is coating the cereal evenly
  • let cool on wax paper
  • once cooled, add your choice of add – in’s (M&M’s, pretzels, etc.)
