Banana Protein Cereal πŸŒ

I’m gonna make this post quick & sweet (just like the recipe hehe). I gave this protein cereal a try this morning and it was SO yummy!

*Also, you are welcome to double the ingredients listed below to make it a bigger breakfast.Β To do this, I would make the recipe with 1 banana, still 5 strawberries and 1/4 cup granola, 4 un-salted rice cakes, 1 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and I would do around 1 or 1 1/2 scoops of protein powder ! Just an idea πŸ™‚

Ingredients ::

  • 1/2 banana
  • 4-5 strawberries
  • 2 TBSP granola
  • 2 un-salted rice cakes
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop banana protein powder

Instructions ::Β 

  1. combine protein powder and almond milk in a medium sized bowl and mix together
  2. wash 4-5 medium sized strawberries with water
  3. chop strawberries and banana and add to protein milk
  4. add 1/4 cup granola to mixture in the bowl
  5. crush up rice cakes into small chunks and add to bowl as well
  6. top mixture with a sprinkle of cinnamon
  7. stir & enjoy !

361 calories | 54 g carbs | 4 g fat | 26 g protein
