The time has FINALLY come & I could NOT be more excited !!!! I am incredibly happy and blessed that you guys have reached out to me to assist you on your fitness journey! I receive so many questions on where to begin in order to start living a healthy lifestyle, and here’s the answer …. it’s your diet!!! I designed this plan for people who need help getting started or getting back on track. This is the perfect guide for somebody who doesn’t really know where to start with nutrition and needs a little boost. It is a great starter kit to gain knowledge on nutrition and understand the foods your body needs to reach your personal goals. The customized nutritional guide is a guide that is constructed specifically for YOU. You will fill out a form with multiple questions including your weight, height, fitness goals, activity level, food allergies, hated foods, etc. which will help me to completely personalize the plan for you. Based upon these answers, I will calculate your personal daily macros and construct the ENTIRE 7 DAYS of eating designed specifically for YOU. This is a cheaper option because there are NO personalized macros, and I do NOT construct the days based on your allergies, hated foods, your personal macros, etc. It is simply 7 days worth of my favorite recipes & the same nutritional information in the customized meal plan without the personalization aspect.
